We have lots of helpful information submerged by time. When we try to find what we want to refresh, we often fall in trouble — we cannot find them easily.

Step 1: Search Calendar Items by Participants Name in Outlook

In most times, we cannot remember the meeting slogan but we easily get to know who ever participated those meetings — at least we ourselves were probably present.

Open Calendar view in Outlook, simply typing people name in Search box, click Enter key to search all meetings in which the people ever participated.

Then, you can go through the list by date and slogan. If you got too many items in the result list, you can narrow down the date range in Search box to shrink the search scope if the meeting is series rather than one time.

You can also set “Microsoft Team Meeting” in Location field to just search Teams meetings.

Step 2: Search meeting by slogan in Teams

Once you get slogan, you can search the meeting in Teams by it. Then, you can get all records about chat messages and recordings in Chat tab.

Thanks for reading!
